We are committed to giving you the best opportunity to be a successful BMX racer. In partnership with
Yukon BMX and USA BMX we excited to work with new riders in the "First 10 Weeks" program. The
f10w program breaks each skill down into easy to understand parts. Riders are offered weekly clinics
with coaches and trainers who can help you develop those skills into tools you can use on the track.
There are also helpful sections about bike maintanace/repair, pre-race warm ups, off track training and

some links in our f10w section that covers almost all of the topics we'll go over. If you have any
questions please feel free to contact via email email@example.com or catch me at the track. We're
always happy to do what we can to help. I look forward to helping make your first 10 weeks as a BMX
racer the best we can.
